Can someone recommend a really reliable incubator?

Can you offer more details? Like what size and price range you are thinking? There a some pretty reliable big units out there but if you are just doing a few eggs then its not really worth the expense to most people.

I have an older sportsman that I love its my old faithful. It has its own room so no worries about temp fluctuations etc that comes with smaller units. It was relatively cheap for here $300.  Sure the newer expensive types have digital and automatic everything but that is above what I can justify for what I hatch (usually under 200 chicks a year)

I was considering a sportsman, the model 1500.  Glad to hear yours works well. Anyone else have experience with the sportsman?
