I feel your pain Jon I have lost 4 birds in the last week to Raccoons. Dang they are smart!

I lost 2 white Jersey Giants the first night and 2 Australorps the second. I am just kicking myself...The first 2 the coon tore a hole in the barn door but the second 2 was because someone did not latch the door properly.

Everything is locked up tighter than Fort knox now and I have traps out but boy that was a hard lesson.

the female is a pure bred the male was a flemmish giant cross the off spring was going to be for meat

the femail was werth more but male was a good size when the coon got him
