About Me

Coming up on our third year of raising Polish, going to try our hand at hatching our own this spring. We have all large-fowl, and have "narrowed" down our groups to bearded & non-bearded buffs , WC black, WC blue, and bearded white. Also a hodge-podge of laying birds ranging from Lt Brahmas, to Orpingtons, to Leghorns. Our bantam birds are limited to trio of black OE and white plymouth rock trio, though the scads of OE folks in our area are pressing daughter to go heavier on the OE. While the daughter does the majority of the showing, I have found myself taking a few birds for the Open Shows and truly enjoying it.
